About Us

Genghis Grill is a fast-casual dining concept known for its interactive Mongolian stir-fry experience. Founded in 1998 in Dallas, Texas, the restaurant lets guests build their own bowls by choosing from a variety of fresh meats, vegetables, noodles, sauces, and seasonings. The ingredients are then cooked by grill masters on a large circular grill, creating a fresh, made-to-order meal right in front of the guests.
